At You’re So Damn Cool, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding order fulfillment, tracking, and lost or damaged shipments.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-5 business days to process. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
- Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, shipments within the U.S. take 3-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-20 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Once your order is confirmed, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. If you need to change any details, such as the shipping address, please contact us immediately at yoursodamncool@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.
- Cancellations: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have begun processing.
Risk of Loss and Damage
- Responsibility for Loss or Damage: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for any loss or damage. You may also contact us for assistance.
- European and UK Customers: For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you once you or a third party indicated by you has taken physical possession of the products.
Lost Shipments
- If carrier tracking indicates that a shipment was lost in transit, you may submit a claim for a replacement or credit within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
- All claims for lost shipments are subject to investigation. Please contact us at yoursodamncool@gmail.com to initiate a claim for a lost shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the status of your order.
P.O. Box Delivery
- Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes may not be guaranteed. If you have listed a P.O. box as your delivery address, we may need to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
International Shipping
- For orders being shipped outside of the United States, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. You are responsible for these additional fees, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
- Germany: For orders shipping to Germany, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the shipment crosses the German border.
