Thank you for shopping at You’re So Damn Cool. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and reshipments are handled.

Returns for Defects or Damages

  • Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items:
    • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If you notice an issue with your product, please contact us at yoursodamncool@gmail.com with details and photos of the item.
    • Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense, and a replacement will be arranged for you.
  • Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue and cover the cost if it is determined to be our responsibility.

Address Issues and Unclaimed Packages

  • Insufficient Address:
    • If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Shipments:
    • Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. If you wish to have these items reshipped, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and Hygiene Products:
    • Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items, such as face masks, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
  • Custom or Personalized Goods:
    • As these items are made to order and customized for each customer, they are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns Due to Customer Errors or Buyer’s Remorse

  • Wrong Size or Change of Mind:
    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size or color. We recommend carefully checking the size and color options before completing your order.
  • Returned by Customer:
    • If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons not covered by our defect or damage policy, please contact us at yoursodamncool@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any additional fees related to the return.

International Orders and EU Consumer Rights

  1. Custom Orders:
    • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, custom and personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund. This includes items that have been made to order and sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
